Every user gets a role that determines what they can access. Roles control which modules, documents, and actions are visible. A warehouse user sees inventory but not financials. A viewer can browse but not edit.
Start with built-in roles that match common business needs: Admin (full access), Manager (operational oversight), Accountant (financial data), Sales (customer-facing documents), Warehouse (stock operations), and Viewer (read-only). Assign them with one click.
Each role is made up of individual permissions: create sales invoice, view purchase bills, manage stock entries, access reports, and many more. You can see exactly what each role allows and adjust as needed.
Need a role that does not fit the predefined ones? Create your own. Pick from the full list of permissions and build a role that matches your specific workflow. Name it, save it, and assign it to users.
Add team members by sending an email invitation directly from ORENX. They receive a link, create their account, and land in your organization with the role you assigned. No manual setup on their end.
See who is currently logged in, which devices they are using, and when they last accessed the system. Revoke sessions if a device is lost or a team member leaves. Stay in control of active access.
Every action in ORENX is logged: who created a document, who posted it, who made a payment. The activity log gives you a full audit trail so you can trace any change back to the person who made it.
Multiple team members can work in ORENX at the same time. Your sales team creates invoices while your warehouse processes receipts and your accountant reviews payments. No conflicts, no waiting.
Go to Settings and enter the email addresses of your team members. Choose a role for each person. ORENX sends them an invitation email with a sign-up link.
Pick from the 6 predefined roles or create a custom role. Each role comes with a clear description of what it can and cannot do. You can change roles later if responsibilities shift.
Once they accept the invitation, team members see only the modules and features their role allows. They can start creating documents, checking stock, or viewing reports right away.
Use session management to see active users and the activity log to track changes. If someone needs more or less access, update their role or permissions at any time.
Not everyone needs to see pricing, margins, or payment details. Role-based access keeps financial data visible only to people who need it, like your accountant and management.
